Welcome Wacky Waddles

Hello wonderful blogging friends and family! I have an announcement...I've recently published my first picture book and I wanted to introduce it to you.

Please join Wacky Waddles on his journey through his new home.

Wacky Waddles is a rhyming picture book for young readers written by me and illustrated by Rimi Rasheed.

Wacky Waddles is currently available in print and ebook versions on Amazon, as well as an ebook through Barnes & Noble.

Publisher: Quixotic Publishing

Miranda Hardy writes children's literature to keep the voices in her head appeased. When she's not in her fantasy world, she's canoeing in alligator infested waters or rescuing homeless animals. She resides in south Florida with her two wonderful children, and too many animals to mention.

Rimi Rasheed is a professional in primary education yet follows a passion in digital illustrating, and much of her work is focused on children. She is well known for her colourful creations of lovable characters, most of which can be found on her blog. She lives in Maldives with her husband and two children.

Thank you for supporting me daily through this wonderful community. You've all had a hand in inspiring me to push forward and follow my dreams. This is one step toward accomplishing them.

Miranda: Congratulations! My wife has taught the little ones for many years and truly appreciates the value of a good picture book. They are not easy to put together! I will get a copy for my little grandson.

I did not realize you were a Floridian. Do you belong to the Florida Writers Association? I might meet you someday at a seminar. Good luck with the book!

Hey girl!! I just heard about your release! WHOOT! We must chat. I've had a few PBs just hanging around inside my laptop that I've no idea what to do with. One I'd entered into a national contest and out of 300 entries I ended up in 32nd place. An editor said it was really good, just needed to add one more element to make it unique. Hmmm... Oh, and I'd love to do a PB interview with you. I have an overload of YA authors, but PB authors are fewer and farther between. If you want, let me know. :)
